Job TitleMust sit at the RAD center in PA with hiring manager. It is an 8 AM to 4 PM shift Monday thru Friday onsite. Must be flexible to cover different shift if needed on occasion.ResponsibilitiesSupport and troubleshooting all technical issues with Red Hat Enterprise Linux server, VMware Esxi and Apache web serverProvide technical subject matter expertise wherever requiredWork with monitoring tools for server health and alerting on both non-production and production environments.Work with third party vendors hardware parts replacementsWork on routine server maintenance and server patching using patching software toolsWork on changes, service requests and incidents as per priority/schedule time window.Takes corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.Handle customer interaction for day-to-day and planned activitiesUnderstand the business requirements and operational specifications of the client moduleParticipate in technology roadmap planning and deploymentIdentify the process gaps and provide alternatives to the project team.Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems.Ensure the estate is up to date in terms of hardware end of life or end of support.Document solution and update in Knowledgebase.
