We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at the beautifulLinks at Oxford Apartments ! The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance of the Apartment units and Office Clubhouse. Being reliable with attention to detail is the first step to becoming a Maintenance Director. The intention is to ensure the company facilities are maintained and sufficient to support the company’s business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assigning Tasks, creating processes for assigning, completing and reporting on maintenance requests.
• Hiring and training new employees.
• Inspectingsystemssuchasplumbing,heatingandHVACsystems.
• Ensure health and safety policies are compliant.
• Monitorequipmentinventoryandplaceorderswhennecessary.
• Perform any special projects assigned by the Community Director
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Maintenance Department, including but not limited to:budgeting,scheduling, training, qualitycontrol,safetyandcompliance.
• Coordinate communication between management and staff regarding the status ofmaintenanceprojects
• Inspectbuildingfor signsofstructuraldamageorotherissuesthat couldbeasafetyviolation.
• Coordinatewithcontractorstotakepreventativemaintenanceupdates.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with maintenance repairs or management.
• Knowledgeoffacilitiesmachines andequipment
• Solidunderstandingoftechnicalaspectsofplumbing,carpentry,andelectrical systems.
• Abilitytomaintainleadershipskillsthroughalldailytasks
• Experienceinplanningmaintenanceoperations.
• Must beavailable toworkweekends,evening,andholidays asscheduled.
