Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Line Worker:Float between Bakery, Icing, and Packaging departments to support production needsOperate manual and automated production lines to maintain product flowPackage finished products by loading/unloading racks, boxing, labeling, and palletizingAssist with icing operations including decorating, glazing, stacking, and spreading productsSupport bakery processes by preparing pans, depositing batter, and loading ovensPerform cleaning and sanitation tasks between product changeovers following GMP standardsFollow safety procedures and communicate with team members to maintain quality and efficiencyWhat You Need to Bring to the Line Worker Role:Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detailAbility to follow safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Basic math and communication skillsFlexibility to work in multiple departments as production needs changeAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodationWillingness to wear required PPE and work around common food allergens such as milk, soy, and nutsDependable, team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEntry-level candidates are welcome to applyWhy You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions: Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
