Cold Station & Takeout Coordinator (Linemen)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cold Station & Takeout Coordinator to join our culinary team. In this hybrid role, you will be the anchor of our lunch/dinner service by managing the appetizers, sides, soup and salad stations. Moreover you are simultaneously serving as the primary lead for all incoming online or over the phone takeout orders.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and has a sharp eye for quality control to ensure every guest whether dining in or ordering out receives a perfect meal.
Core Responsibilities:
Station Setup & Maintenance: Arrive no later than 11:30 AM daily to fully set up, stock, and organize the salad and soup sections before service begins.
Takeout Management: Accept, fulfill, and securely package all incoming takeout and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
Cold Station & Sides Execution: Prepare and plate all salads, cold vegetables, side dishes, and any additional table accompaniments according to recipe standards.
Kitchen Expediting & Quality Control: Review incoming kitchen orders to ensure they include all required modifications, substitutions, and specific items desired by the customer.
Job Requirements & QualificationsPunctuality: Strict adherence to the 11:30 AM arrival time is essential to ensure service readiness. Ability to read and write comprehensively, fluent in English.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track ticket modifications, special requests, and packaging requirements without errors.
Multitasking: Proven ability to balance physical food preparation with digital or phoned-in takeout order management.
Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate order accuracy with the back-of-house kitchen team.
