Lineman, TemporaryInstallation, repair, and maintenance of overhead and underground electrical power lines and auxiliary equipment, inspect pole mounted and pad mounted transformers, installs meters, operate bucket truck or climbs poles to repair overhead lines and inspect power lines for repairs and replacement.At least 2 years' experience as a Lineman, with at least 1 year of experience acquired through training under a formal apprenticeship or equivalent.High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.Service, repair, and maintain overhead and underground electrical power lines, electrical substations, and transformers for the entire Dugway area. Work is to be performed in accordance with the Dugway Proving Ground PWS, and the National Electrical Code. The Lineman is required to be on a rotating on-call schedule.
