Manufacturing Production Operator - Nights
Starting Pay: $26.98/hour | 2-2-3 Schedule | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for an opportunity to grow in manufacturing? Join our team as a Manufacturing Production Operator ! You'll operate production equipment, help maintain efficient line performance, and ensure our products meet quality and safety standards.
Schedule & Pay
* Starting Pay: $26.98 per hour
* Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
* Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule
What You'll Do
* Safely operate manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality, and customer requirements.
* Operate and assist with equipment such as fillers, case packers, case formers, sealers, and palletizers.
* Perform machine setups and product changeovers.
* Complete basic equipment maintenance, including cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and tightening.
* Troubleshoot production line issues and participate in problem-solving activities.
* Verify materials and components to ensure product quality.
* Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
* Use computers and company software to support production operations.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S standards.
* Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Manufacturing experience preferred.
* Mechanical aptitude preferred.
* Basic computer skills preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively with team members and manage time efficiently.
