Job TitleLoad and unload customer parts and/or baskets into the 110/130/140 line in a safe, timely and efficient manner using a crane or hoist.Complete visual inspections and quality checks before processing and alert Quality Personnel or Team Lead about damaged, dirty or contaminated partsUnderstand and troubleshoot basic line or crane/hoist issues. Completes all necessary production reporting forms per quality instructions.Basic use of computers as needed.Assists with loading and unloading duties as needed, both on and off the production line. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.May require working flexible hours.Carries out other duties as directed.Must be able to safely work in a variety of potentially hazardous situations while adhering to Quaker Houghton's Life Saving Rules.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.
May be required to obtain certifications/licenses.Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant ExperienceMinimal to no experience in manufacturing environment required.Required Skills and CompetenciesAbility to work independently once trained.Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate intermediate reading skills. Ability to effectively present information.
