In this role, you’ll prepare and cook grill and line menu items, ensuring consistent quality, proper portioning, and timely service for employees and guests. You’ll maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, keep stations stocked and organized, and coordinate ticket timing with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
