Chili’s is hiring Line Cooks to bring bold flavors to life in our busy, fun Grill & Bar. In this role, you’ll prepare and cook our Tex-Mex, burgers, ribs, and more to exact recipes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistent quality. You’ll set up and stock line stations, follow strict food safety and sanitation standards, and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
Working closely with your kitchen and front-of-house teammates, you’ll keep tickets on time and guests happy while building skills that can grow into broader restaurant and hospitality careers.
