Our kitchen focuses on authentic Italian flavors, quality ingredients, consistency, and professional execution.

We are looking for dedicated, experienced, and passionate culinary professionals to join our opening team.

Pizza Makers / Pizzaiolos

• Minimum 3 years of professional pizza-making experience.
• Italian-style pizza experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation.
• Experience stretching, topping, and baking pizzas.
• Experience operating commercial pizza ovens.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service.
• Strong organizational and sanitation skills.

Line Cooks

• Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience.
• Italian cuisine experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of pasta, sauces, proteins, and Italian cooking techniques.
• Execute dishes consistently according to recipes.
• Maintain proper mise en place and station organization.
• Experience working in fast-paced, upscale casual restaurants.
• Excellent knife skills and time management.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Pantry Cooks / Garde Manger

• Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Italian cuisine experience is mandatory.
• Experience preparing salads, antipasti, and cold appetizers.
• Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and proper food handling.
• Excellent plating and presentation skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations.
• Ability to execute dishes efficiently during busy service.

Dishwashers / Kitchen Porters

• Previous commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning duties.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
