Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, cooking wings and American fare to spec, operating fryers and grills, following recipes, and ensuring consistent food quality. The Line Cook maintains a clean, sanitary work area, follows food safety and labeling standards, and supports smooth ticket flow during peak shifts. You’ll work closely with servers and bartenders to deliver timely orders, uphold portion and presentation standards, and contribute to Fricker’s fun, team-focused guest experience with reliable, positive teamwork.
