Line Cook

Itria is a fine dining Italian restaurant in San Francisco's Mission district focused on handmade pastas, crudos, and seasonal dishes using locally-sourced ingredients. We are featured in the Michelin Guide and the SF Chronicles Bay Area Top 100 Restaurants. We are seeking an experienced organized, hard-working line cook to join our team. We have a solid, experienced core crew and are looking to a add one more team members to round things out.

Basic job requirements:
-Ability to multitask and perform under the pressure of restaurant service.
-Work and communicate with other team members.
 -Strong work ethic, sense of professionalism, and attention to detail.
-1-2 years of experience required, hot line experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
-Shift starts at 1:30pm Wednesday-Sunday

Pay is based on experience and will include a portion of the tip pool. Compensation will be discussed upon offer of employment.
