Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, cooking daily breakfast and lunch items, operating grills and fryers safely, following standardized recipes and portion controls, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen that meets food safety and sanitation standards. The Line Cook will support production shifts, ensure on-time meal service, coordinate with supervisors on headcount and menus, assist with inventory and ordering, and uphold SAM-MAS’s culture of reliability, safety, and teamwork.
