Cook alongside Chef Hung Huynh and help open Pomelo.

Pomelo is hiring experienced Line Cooks to join our opening culinary team in Orlando.

Our kitchen will produce chef-driven, refined-casual dishes influenced by Vietnamese, Thai, and broader Southeast Asian cuisines, with an emphasis on strong technique, consistency, organization, and execution.

We're looking for cooks who take pride in their station, show up ready to work, follow direction, and want to keep learning.

Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
Tentative Start: End of November 2026

• Set up and independently operate your station

• Execute recipes and culinary direction consistently

• Maintain high standards for quality and presentation

• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready

• Communicate clearly with culinary leadership and teammates

• Follow sanitation and food-safety standards

• Move with urgency and composure during busy service

• Support the kitchen team wherever reasonably needed

• Previous professional kitchen experience

• Strong station organization and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently while being part of a small team

• Attention to detail and consistency

• Dependability and strong work ethic

• Great attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to take direction and execute recipes precisely

• Asian-cuisine experience is preferred, but not required
