The Lions Bar & Grill is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team. We are a high-volume, neighborhood bar & grill focused on quality-driven food, consistency, and a strong team culture.
This role is ideal for cooks who are organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities• Execute all menu items with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
• Assist with prep and setup for service
• 2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
