What you’ll do:
- Cook and plate menu items to order on a busy line
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and moving during high-volume service
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food-safety rules
- Work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team
What we need:
- 1+ years line cook experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong knife skills and ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, available nights/weekends/holidays
- Food Handler card (or willing to get one)
