SAM-MAS, Ltd. seeks a full-time Line Cook to support our Brownsville, TX manufacturing facility kitchen. This role prepares daily meals for production staff, plans and cooks hot and cold menu items, and maintains a clean, safe food-service environment.
The Line Cook will manage food prep, portioning, and storage, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and coordinate meal timing with shift schedules.
