SAM-MAS, Ltd., a family-owned metal fabrication manufacturer in Brownsville, TX, is seeking a Line Cook to prepare hot, fresh meals for plant staff in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, cooking daily breakfast and lunch items, operating grills and fryers safely, following standardized recipes and portion controls, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen that meets food safety and sanitation standards. The Line Cook will support production shifts, ensure on-time meal service, coordinate with supervisors on headcount and menus, assist with inventory and ordering, and uphold SAM-MAS’s culture of reliability, safety, and teamwork.
