Wagyu Factory is looking for motivated and reliable Line Cooks to join our team as we prepare for our new restaurant opening! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about food, work well in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, portion, and cook food according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
Handle and store premium Wagyu beef and other ingredients properly.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures.
Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portion sizes.
Work efficiently with kitchen staff during busy service periods.
Assist with food preparation, inventory rotation, and daily opening/closing duties.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen management.
Maintain a safe and professional kitchen environment.
Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
Experience working with beef, meat preparation, or Japanese cuisine is a plus.
Basic knowledge of food safety and proper food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding kitchen tasks.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
