Location: Nonna's Pizza and Sandwiches – West Loop, Chicago, IL
Schedule: 8am-4pm | Lunch Service | Full-Time/Part Time
Required Experience: Minimum 4 years

Job Summary

We’re looking for a line cook to join our team. This is a high-volume & fast paced sandwich shop.

‍ What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years line cook experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

  • Familiarity with Italian Sandwiches and Ingredients is a plus.

  • Cutting/Prepping Vegetables and Salads

  • Reliable and ready to work AM shifts and weekends

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude who thrives under pressure

  • Clean, organized, and consistent with prep station upkeep

  • Spanish language skills a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and making sandwiches during our busy lunch periods

  • Maintaining a clean and organized station from setup through breakdown

  • Supporting your team and communicating clearly during high-volume service

  • Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
