A new local, sustainable seafood-focused restaurant on the waterfront in Domino Park is looking for experienced and talented line cooks to join our opening team. We recently received a star from the New York Times and add to our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with beautiful, seasonal ingredients, while being part of a successful, respectful, exciting team.
What you'll do:
-prep and menu items, before and during service
-keep a clean, organized station
-work closely with chefs to maintain a smooth service
-follow food safety and standards
What we are looking for:
-2+ years line cook experience
-ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy shifts
- reliable, team-oriented attitude
-someone who enjoys cooking and learning!
