What you'll do
- Prep and set your station with full mise en place before service
- Execute dishes to recipe, portion, and plating specs with speed and consistency
- Follow allergy protocols and communicate clearly with the team
- Keep your station clean, organized, and DOH-compliant through service
- Label, stock, and rotate inventory; break down and sanitize at close
What you bring
- 1+ year cooking in a professional kitchen with solid production skills
- Attention to detail and calm under a full ticket rail
- Receptive to feedback and hungry to grow
- Nights, weekends, and game-day availability
