Little Falcon is a small neighborhood restaurant in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Serious cookery inspired by Northern French cuisine in a friendly, comfortable setting. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale neighborhood restaurants
- Experience with technical knife skills and fabrication
- Commitment to service quality, excellence, and sincere hospitality
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to self-manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a timely manner
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, tackle flights of stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
