⚡ LIGHTING MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN WANTED
Protek Electrical is seeking an experienced and reliable Lighting Maintenance Electrician to join our team.
Position: Lighting Maintenance Electrician
Experience Required: Previous lighting maintenance experience required
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of interior and exterior lighting systems
- Diagnose and repair lighting issues, including fixtures, ballasts, drivers, photocells, timers, and controls
- Replace and install LED fixtures, lamps, drivers, and other lighting components
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial lighting systems
- Work on parking lot lighting, building exterior lighting, office lighting, warehouse lighting, and emergency/exit lighting
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits related to lighting systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to applicable electrical codes
- Complete service reports and communicate findings with management and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Requirements
- Previous lighting maintenance and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Strong knowledge of LED lighting systems, drivers, ballasts, photocells, timers, and lighting controls
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and lighting problems efficiently
- Experience working with commercial lighting systems
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and customer-service skills
