Light Industrial Recruiter

Seeking a motivated Light Industrial Recruiter, the full-time position will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial and manufacturing roles while sourcing and screening qualified candidates onsite. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, and skilled labor positions Source and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels, including job boards and social media Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding activities, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process Required qualifications 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or production recruiting strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Experience using an ATS and other recruiting technologies preferred
