Job Title: Light Industrial Worker - Jewelry Production
Location: Cranston, RI
Schedule: M-F 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Light Industrial Workers to join our jewelry production team in a factory environment . In this role, you will assist with the plating process by carefully racking and unracking jewelry pieces, hanging jewelry onto pins, operating soldering machines at a workstation, and supporting various production tasks to ensure high-quality finished products.
This is a hands-on, repetitive production position performed primarily at a workstation throughout the day. Successful candidates should be comfortable learning processes quickly, following detailed instructions, and performing the same tasks consistently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Rack and unrack jewelry pieces in preparation for the plating process
- Hang jewelry pieces onto pins for processing
- Assist with plating and finishing processes following company procedures
- Operate soldering machines at a designated workstation
- Inspect jewelry items for quality and consistency
- Handle delicate jewelry pieces carefully to prevent damage
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Learn new production processes and procedures quickly
- Support additional production, packaging, or factory tasks as needed
- Previous manufacturing, production, factory, or light industrial experience preferred
- Ability to learn and pick up training quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, delicate items
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks at a workstation throughout the day
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in a factory/production environment
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the workday
- Ability to handle small jewelry components and work with precision
- Good vision and fine motor skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to remain focused and attentive while working at a workstation for extended periods
