At Touchmark, we say: I AM AN ALLY • I AM A FRIEND • I AM A GIVER Lifestyle Concierge – Home Care Emphasis Schedule: Part Time, initially approximately 8-16 hours per week with opportunity for growth Pay: $17.50 to $20.69 per hourTouchmark on West Prospect is Appleton's leading full service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and meaningful relationships.We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Lifestyle Concierge – Home Care Emphasis to provide personalized, one on one support that helps residents remain independent, comfortable, and engaged.This position will initially average approximately 8-16 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as resident demand increases. The successful candidate will play an important role in that growth by building relationships with residents, promoting available services, identifying new opportunities to meet resident needs, and helping develop a thriving personalized home care and concierge program. Why You'll Love This Role Build meaningful relationships with residentsHelp older adults maintain independence and quality of lifeCombine hands on caregiving with personalized lifestyle servicesHelp shape and develop the service within our communityOpportunity to increase hours as the program grows What You'll Do Provide one on one assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityProvide companionship and individualized support based on resident needsAssist with meal preparation, laundry, light household tasks, shopping, errands, and organizingAssist with walking, exercise, and other activities that promote independenceObserve and report changes in a resident's condition or needsProvide personalized services such as technology assistance, dog walking, gift wrapping, and other resident requestsBuild relationships with residents and actively promote available services to help grow participation and billable hoursIdentify additional services that could enhance residents' independence and quality of lifeMaintain accurate documentation of services and billable hoursCoordinate with Health Services and other Touchmark departments as neededThe home care components are consistent with Touchmark's Home Health Aide role, which includes personal care, mobility assistance, household services, observation, and documentation.

What We're Looking For One to two years of caregiving experience in senior living, home care, assisted living, memory care, or a similar environment requiredCurrent CNA certification preferredGenuine compassion for older adults and comfort providing hands on personal careOutgoing, relationship focused personality with the ability to promote and grow servicesDependable, organized, and comfortable working independentlyStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to safely assist residents with mobility and personal careValid driver's license and reliable transportationThis is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional caregiving position.
