Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Lifeguard Supervisor to lead daily operations at our water park. You will supervise and coach lifeguard staff, ensure vigilant guest monitoring, and respond to emergencies using strong rescue, CPR, and First Aid skills.
Responsibilities include scheduling, training, safety audits, and maintaining code-compliant pool standards. You’ll model exceptional guest service, uphold tribal values of respect and teamwork, and collaborate with resort leaders to deliver a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
