Join Treasure Island Resort & Casino as a Lifeguard in our indoor water park. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll monitor pools, slides, and deck areas to ensure guest safety and a fun, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include constant surveillance, enforcing rules, performing rescues, providing first aid/CPR when needed, and completing detailed incident reports. You’ll interact with guests, answer questions, and support a guest-first culture grounded in tribal values, teamwork, and respect. We provide training, a fast-paced setting, and opportunities to grow within our resort and casino operations.
