Cognito Forms is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey from first touch to long-term retention. You’ll design full-funnel programs spanning acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, partnering with Product, Sales, and CS to drive activation and expansion.
You’ll build automated email and in-app journeys, segment users, run experiments, and translate metrics into actionable growth ideas in a remote-capable, PLG environment.
