Lifecycle Growth Director

Polymarket is seeking a Lifecycle Director to own the customer journey end-to-end, from acquisition and onboarding to retention and reactivation. You’ll define strategy, roadmaps, and commercial outcomes, coordinating with data, martech, and creative teams.

You’ll build a scalable lifecycle program, lead with measurable KPIs, and shape a playbook for a growing consumer product with a trading element. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role.
