nGeneral Summary
nConducts community life support training programs on an "as needed" basis.
nResponsibilities
nDuties and Responsibilities
nEssential Functions:

Facilitates the delivery of American Heart Association (AHA) life support education programs.

Adheres to all AHA guidelines.

Ensures accurate record control.
n n - n
Maintains appropriate credentialing for educational role.

Uses feedback from program evaluation mechanisms to improve performance.
n n - n
Fulfills annual minimum scheduling requirements.

Provides coaching, feedback, and mentorship to class participants.

Completes and submits course records and rosters accurately and on time. Retains/transfers documents per Training Center procedures and PAM recordkeeping requirements.

Takes responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of education facilities and properly maintains department equipment.
n n - n
Maintains open communication with Training Center Coordinator and appointed Training Center Faculty.
n n - n
Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

Driver's License Statement:
nMust possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
