Global law firm seeks an associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in New York, Washington, DC, or Boston offices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of corporate experience, with experience representing business in the life sciences industry in general corporate matters, venture capital financings, M&A and/or capital markets transactions. Candidates are expected to have experience at a national or international law firm, exceptional credentials, and a great attitude.
