Duties

• Prepare and prosecute patents in life sciences and chemical technology areas.
• Manage foreign prosecution processes.
• Engage extensively and promptly with in-house attorneys, inventors, and firm attorneys.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Ph.D. in biological sciences (e.g., biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics) with knowledge of organic chemistry.
• USPTO Registration.
• Conscientious and detail-oriented.
• Effective communication skills with clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
