Leading estimating efforts for a high-profile life sciences client, the full-time remote Life Sciences Estimating Director will develop estimates from early conceptual design through detailed construction documents while managing client relationships and driving business growth. Key responsibilities Consult with executive-level clients to showcase services and address their needs Oversee quality assurance of cost estimates and prepare fee proposals Mentor team members and actively participate in recruitment and development Required qualifications BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field 9 to 12 years of experience in Cost & Commercial Management 5+ years of experience leading client expectations and managing a business unit Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent preferred Emerging leadership skills with a focus on client responsiveness and business development
