Life Sciences & Tech Transactions Assoc/Counsel (5–7 Years) – Boston, MADirect Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw firm seeking a Life Sciences & Tech Transactions Assoc/Counsel to join its Technology Transactions and Licensing Group in Boston.
