Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking attentive Lifeguards to ensure a safe, fun experience at our pools and water attractions. In this on-site role, you will monitor guest activity, enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies, and perform water rescues as needed. Lifeguards provide first aid and CPR/AED when required, maintain accurate incident reports, and support a clean, welcoming environment.
You’ll model our guest-first, team-oriented culture while working closely with other staff to uphold tribal values, deliver excellent service, and support a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
