# Life Church – Production Directorby | Aug 6, 2026The Production Director provides strategic leadership for all aspects of audio, video, lighting, livestream, and production technology at LIFE Church. Working closely with the Executive Pastor, Lead Pastor, Worship Pastor, and Communications Team, you’ll ensure every service and event is executed with excellence while cultivating a healthy, growing team of volunteers and production leaders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and relational sides of ministry—someone who loves developing people just as much as designing exceptional production experiences.**Key Responsibilities:*****Lead the Production Ministry**** Provide vision, leadership, and direction for all production environments.* Recruit, train, mentor, and develop production volunteers and team leaders.* Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, spiritual growth, and servant leadership.* Schedule and coordinate production teams for weekend services, special events, and ministry activities.***Oversee Audio, Video & Lighting Systems**** Manage and maintain all production systems throughout the building and special venues.* Ensure all audio, video, lighting, and streaming systems operate reliably and efficiently.* Plan preventative maintenance and recommend future equipment upgrades.* Troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining high production standards.***Create Exceptional Worship Experiences**** Collaborate with the Worship Pastor, Communications & Content Director, and ministry leaders to design engaging worship experiences.* Participate in production planning, rehearsals, and weekend services.* Program and build presentations in ProPresenter for services and special events.* Execute lighting, video, graphics, and audio elements that support the message—not distract from it.***Support Events & Media Production**** Oversee technical production for conferences, special events, and ministry gatherings.* Manage livestream production and recordings.* Mix audio for podcasts and video productions.* Assist with filming and producing church media content.***Manage Resources Wisely**** Partner with the Executive Pastor to develop and manage the annual production budget.* Research and recommend equipment purchases and system improvements.* Steward church resources with wisdom and fiscal responsibility.***Champion Safety & Excellence**** Maintain safe operating procedures for volunteers and staff.* Ensure production systems meet current safety and operational standards.* Stay current with emerging production technologies and industry best practices.### About Life ChurchLife Church is a nondenominational local church serving our city by being dedicated to helping you find abundant life in Jesus.
