Life and Disability Claims Analyst

To support a dynamic claims team, the full-time remote Senior Claims Analyst will manage the adjudication and processing of medical, dental, and vision claims while serving as a liaison for internal departments and providing customer service. Key responsibilities: Secure and analyze claim information to determine life and disability benefits in accordance with policy provisions and regulations Calculate benefit payments and communicate claim decisions for new and ongoing claims Advise team members on claim processing procedures and ensure adherence to established guidelines Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical claim processing Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related software
