Working remotely, the Internal Wholesaler, Annuity will provide exceptional phone and web-based support for agents and marketers, manage inbound inquiries, and initiate proactive sales initiatives to drive annuity sales objectives. Key responsibilities Efficiently manage high-volume inbound phone and email inquiries, delivering quality sales support to agents and marketers Initiate proactive sales initiatives in alignment with Annuity Sales objectives and identify new sales opportunities Train agents on illustration software and provide cross-organizational support related to contracting and commissions Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service and collaboration across teams Life and annuity license Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications Understanding of the annuity insurance marketplace and products
