Owning a caseload of Single Event medical lien files, the full-time Lien Resolution Strategist will manage negotiation strategies, resolve complex liens across various types, and collaborate closely with customers and internal teams in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Single Event medical lien files from intake through final resolution, including negotiation and settlement Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to enhance customer experience and refine workflows Develop and maintain playbooks and workflows for medical lien resolution, testing new approaches and reporting on outcomes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in medical lien resolution or subrogation, with direct negotiation experience Hands-on knowledge of multiple lien types, including Medicare, Medicaid, and ERISA Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of securing reductions from providers and insurers Experience in developing procedures or playbooks and improving operational processes Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
