WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist, you will:

  Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties

  n

• n

  Secure optimal lien reductions that maximize client recoveries

  n
n
• n

  Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and negotiation opportunities

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop case-specific negotiation strategies

  n
n
• n

  Maintain accurate and detailed records of negotiations, communications, and lien activity

  n
n
• n

  Help deliver an exceptional client experience through strong communication and efficient case support

  n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting

  n

• n

  Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation strategies

  n
n
• n

  Well-versed in statutory liens including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and related matters

  n
n
• n

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

  n
n
• n

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  n
n
• n

  Bilingual in Spanish required
