Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in healthcare licensure, regulatory administration, legal ops, paralegal support, or complex administrative support
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare admin, legal studies or related field
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail — juggling multiple applications, renewal dates, and deadlines at once
- Strong proficiency with databases and MS Office; able to keep tracking systems accurate
- Excellent written/verbal communication — will be corresponding directly with government agencies
