Licensing SpecialistPan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Specialist to join our Contracting & Licensing team. Serving as a critical partner to our sales and distribution organizations, this team is responsible for ensuring agents are properly licensed, contracted, appointed, and positioned for success across our insurance operations. In this role, you will support the end-to-end licensing and contracting process for insurance producers, helping maintain regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional experience for agents and internal stakeholders.Working under the guidance of the Manager or Senior Licensing Specialist, you will coordinate licensing, appointments, and producer contracting activities; process and validate required documentation; maintain accurate records within administrative systems; and support ongoing compliance requirements, including Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage, updating W9's, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training, and tax documentation.
