Job Description and Duties

The Licensing Program Manager (LPM) I in the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD), Adult and Senior Care Program, is responsible for monitoring and supervising the activities of a unit of Licensing Program Analysts and performs quality assurance reviews, plans and conducts individual and group training, reviews complaint investigations, provides technical and supervisory direction in the office and the field, reviews monthly intake and production reports. The LPM I may act as the Division representative with other agencies, recruit and hire new staff, meet with facility representatives, recommend administrative actions against noncompliance licensees. The LPM I supports the office in maintaining CCLD Policies and Procedures. CCLD field experience preferred. The LPM I may travel throughout the State for meetings and miscellaneous reasons as occasions may arise. This position may be subject to overtime.

Selected candidate is subject to fingerprinting and a background check by Department Of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation. Appointment is subject to Personnel approval.

Applicants must also submit a “Statement of Qualifications” for this position. The Statement of Qualifications must be limited to one page and address the candidate’s experience in the following areas:

  • Working with vulnerable population
  • Supervisor or lead experience
  • Regulation enforcement
