Licensing and Registration Lead Business Execution Consultant

Lead Business Execution ConsultantWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Notary, Affiant, and Signature Administration (NASA), Medallion, Cease and Desist, LEI, and LMRDA teams. This exciting opportunity will support the operations of ensuring Wells Fargo meets requirements for this suite of applications. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in production validation, UAT testing and regression testing.

Collaborating with partners to ensure business and control procedures are accurate. Participating in audit reviews including RCSA, IT&V as well as EBCE.In this role, you will:Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupPartner with the scrum and Product Owner updating JIRA, facilitating meetings, and sprint planningParticipate in production validation releasesUAT and regression scripting and executionParticipate in audit reviews including RCSA, IT&V and EBCEBusiness and Control procedure updatesReport on monthly metricsApplication and or system resolutionRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Background supporting Shared Services OperationsUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression testing backgroundTest script and execution backgroundPrevious audit review experience including Risk and Control Self-Assessment RCSA, Independent Testing and Validation IT&V and Evidence-Based Control Evaluation EBCE (spell out acronyms)Experience in product or process management in a highly regulated environmentKnowledge or experience with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) or issue management processExperience with developing business updates and metrics for senior leaders using Power BI (other preferred systems or tools experience)Agile backgroundStrong understanding of product ownership within a scrumExperience with mid to large-scale process definition and documentationAbility to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior leadersKnowledge and experience of performance management functions and programs to help drive satisfaction and high performanceExcellent communication skills: ability to clearly communicate with business partners, peers and senior managementDedicated, enthusiastic, self-driven and performance-oriented; possess a strong work ethicJob Expectations:Ability to work hybrid in office scheduleWillingness to work on-site at stated location on job openingThis position is not eligible for VISA sponsorshipWork Location:655 S 50th Street West Des Moines, Iowa 50265Posting End Date: 3 Jul 2025We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
