To support an innovative healthy aging program, the remote Wellness Coach will provide enrollment support and ongoing coaching for adults aged 50+, focusing on goal setting and engagement through digital tools and one-on-one sessions. Key responsibilities Guide members through onboarding and assist them in navigating the digital wellness platform Coach members to establish, refine, and prioritize their health and wellness goals independently Conduct follow-up calls to maintain member engagement and track progress, updating goals as needed Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience as a certified health and wellness coach Experience working with adults ages 50-80 Strong communication skills and training in motivational interviewing Experience coaching via phone or video High proficiency with multiple technology platforms, including Apple products and Google Workspace
