J. Edward Staffing is currently seeking experienced Geriatric Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN to support a large healthcare system in Menlo Park, CA. These positions support special populations, including memory care units and geriatric psychiatric units, providing high-quality, compassionate care to our nation's Veterans.

Positions Available
- 6 Geriatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LVNs)
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Full-time contract
Pay Rates
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
- LPN I: $35.02/hour
- LPN II: $39.18/hour
- LPN III: $43.66/hour
(Rate level determined by experience and qualifications)
Experience Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurses: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Geriatric, memory care, or psychiatric experience strongly preferred
License & Certification Requirements
- Active LVN License
- AHA CPR-BLS (required for all roles)
- Nursys Report
Occupational Health Requirements
- MMR vaccine or titer
- Hepatitis B vaccine or titer
- Varicella vaccine or titer
- TB clearance (skin test, bloodwork, or chest X-ray)
- Flu vaccination
