Start Date: As early as 6/22/2026. Openings remain available until filled or closing date of 7/1/2026

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM
• Evening Shift: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM
• Night Shift: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Orientation & Training:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMDuration: Approximately 2 weeks

Attendance and punctuality during orientation are mandatory due to the fast-tracked training process.

Job summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) will provide direct nursing care and support services within a structured residential healthcare environment serving individuals with specialized medical and behavioral needs. Under the supervision of Registered Nurses and nursing leadership, the LVN/LPN will assist with daily patient care, medication administration, documentation, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Current, active, and unencumbered LVN/LPN license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be credentialed, employed, and ready to start immediately upon offer
• Reliable attendance and professionalism required
