Offering a fully remote opportunity, the 1099 Contracted Physician will deliver high-quality, patient-centered virtual primary care through video visits and secure messaging while managing chronic conditions and providing wellness counseling. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment for patients of various ages Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions, including preventive care and health education Document clinical tasks and communications accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards Required qualifications Board-certified physician (MD or DO) with a degree from an accredited medical school Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum of 5 years of primary care experience, including adults and pediatrics Active, unrestricted physician licenses in at least 15 states, including California, Texas, or Florida At least 1 year of remote work experience preferred
